Thank you for your interest in the COVID-19 Sound Map. On 18th Jun, as most of the UK was beginning to adjust to coming out of lockdown, it was decided to close submissions and to preserve this bizarre and unique moment in our history, for contemplation and reflection.

In the end, 284 sounds have been submitted from 24 countries, with 160 from the UK, 34 from mainland Europe and 90 from the rest of the world.
