Non-urgent help

Use NHS 111 online or call 111 to find your nearest and quickest treatment option. NHS 111 is available 24/7.

If needed, expert clinicians will arrange for you to be seen at a hospital.

You can also walk into a minor injury unit. If we are busy we may tell you go to another unit so you can be treated more quickly. We will see people who are seriously ill first.

NHS Quicker

The app provides information about healthcare services available to you based on your location, helping you to choose the right service and spend less time waiting.
